Washed and soaked rajma overnight. Then boiled it

Washed spinach and boiled in a water for 10 minutes

Now grind spinach in a coarse paste

Heat oil in a wok add slice onion when it's translucent add ginger garlic paste and saute

Now add spinach puree along with all dry spices mix it well and sautee till oil separate

Now add boiled rajma along with rajma stock and cooked for 5 mint
- 7
Mix well and adjuste the gravy.. serve hot
