Ingredients

4 people
  • 250 gramswheat flour
  • 250 gramschana daal
  • 50 gramsgarlic
  • 25 gramscrushed ginger
  • 6green chillies
  • 25 gramschopped green coriander leaves
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 3/4 tspasafoetida (ie.hing)
  • As per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind dal,ginger garlic,chillies and coriander for thick paste.

    Knead wheat dough as we normally do.Fill the mixture and mould it in your desired shape.

    Boil it on medium flame for 15 mins and serve hot with your favourite sauce.
