Steps

Whisk the curd in with the help of a whisker. In whisk curd add grated Lauki, salt, green chilli, green coriander leaves, cumin powder, raita masala. Mix it with help of spoon.

For Tadka :- In Tadka pan add oil Rai,Jeera, curry patta.

Pour it in prepared raita.

Put Lauki raita inside the refrigerator to chill. Serve the chilled raita.
