1/2 tspbutter
1egg
2bread slices
1/2 onion
1green chilli
pinchsalt
pinchblack pepper
Pinchoregano

Steps

Take a pan, put ghee/ butter and let it get hot.
Now directly break the egg in pan, add some fried onion and chilli,sprinkle salt, origano and pepper. Let it cook on medium flame. It will take 2 to 3 minutes
Cook only for 2 -3mins. Serve with 1 or 2 toasted breads.
