Line tin / Preheat oven at 180C

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla till pale and creamy.

Beat in egg.

Lightly fold flour to butter mixture. Stir in milk and tea.

Fold in Sultanas dusted with little flour.

Spread mixture in pan and smooth surface.

Bake for 30 - 35mins. Cool 10 mins in pan before turning onto rack.

When still warm, brush top.with butter a tbsp and sprinkle cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!!
