Ingredients

  • 200 gchicken wings
  • 1/2 cupflour
  • 1/2 tspcurry powder
  • 1/6 tspblack pepper
  • 1/4 tsppaprika
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 3 tbspketchup or chilli sauce
  • 2 tbspbbq sauce
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 tspchopped onion for garnishing
  • 1/4 tspcoriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Start by removing the skin from the wings

  2. 2

    In a bowl put flour,spices and salt.mix well.put the wings in and mix until well combined

  3. 3

    Fry the wings for 10 minute

  4. 4

    In a different bowl,put the two sauces then add in the fried wings and mix well.garnish with onion and coriander leaves
