Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1potato
  2. 1/4cauliflower
  3. 1/3bell pepper
  4. 1bayleaf
  5. 3cut garlic cloves
  6. 2 pinchblack pepper
  7. 3 strandsCilantro
  8. 1tomato
  9. as neededAdd more veggies
  10. as neededSalt
  11. 2 cupswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Add Bayleaf and garlic to 2 spoons of hot oil, cook for 1 min.

  2. 2

    Add all veggies, salt, black pepper and water. Cook for 10 mins.

  3. 3

    Cool, blend (I do 30 sec in 900 w blender), strain. Boil the strained liquid, add salt, black pepper. Serve hot.
