Ingredients

2kg
  1. 1000 gmskhoya(mava)
  2. 500 gmsSugar
  3. 200 gmsdesi ghee
  4. for Garnish:
  5. as requiredChopped dry fruits(optional)
  6. as requiredSilver burk(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Take a kadai(wok) medium size.Put khoya into the wok crumble it.

  2. 2

    Now put the wok on the flame and add the sugar and stirring it with a slicer.

  3. 3

    Now stirring it continuously till it becomes thicker and breaks all the crumbs.

  4. 4

    Now take a tray and grease it with refined oil.

  5. 5

    Put ghee in the wok and mix well.

  6. 6

    Now put barfi in the greased tray.

  7. 7

    Cool it and wait for setting.

  8. 8

    The next step is if you have golden burk or garnish with dry fruits.

  9. 9

    Now you can cut barfie in square or diamond shape. And serve it.
