Thai Mango Sticky Rice

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup: Jasmine thai rice
  2. 2 cups: Coconut Milk
  3. 1/2 cup: coconut cream
  4. 1/4 tsp: salt
  5. 1big : sweet ripe mango
  6. 1/4 cup: sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and soak rice for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Now just boil the rice in coconut milk untill half cooked.

  3. 3

    Now in a steamer, add rice with leftover milk, salt, sugar and Half of the coconut cream.

  4. 4

    Cook for good 20-30 mins on low untill rice is cooked and gets sticky.

  5. 5

    Serve hot on a plate. Add a tbsp of coconut cream and sliced mango on top.

  6. 6

    It's a delicious vegan dessert.
