Using the electrical grinder,grind all ingredients together (gradually in small amounts)

Add salt and spices,mix all together.

Add just for the amount of falafel you want to fry ½ teaspoon carbonate

Make falafel balls using :your hands,or 2 spoons,or with falafel form

Fry them in deep hot oil till they are brown in colour

Falafel is served with fresh vegetable (tomato,green onion, parsley,mint,lettuce,radish,and pickles)،in lebanesish bread or with out,and tahini(sesame paste)

Sesam Paste (tahini sauce): lemon juice,tahini,some water,mix well and add salt
