In a large bowl,combine flour,salt,sugar,yeast,and oil,give a quick mix

Gradually add the warm water to make a soft dough,kneed the dough for at least 5mins

Cover the dough with sling film and keep in a warm place for 1hr

Kneed the dough on a floured surface for 2mins,then divide the into 6 balls

Roll each ball into round shape,brush the top of the dough with some water and sprinkles the parsley and garlic mix and roll with the help of rolling pin,to allow the parsley and garlic to stick to the dough

Preheat pan on a medium heat,then place the dough on to the pan and reduce the heat to low,once it started to burbles, flip the others side till well cooked on both sides (this will take about a minute)

Once it turns brown remove from the pan add some butter to top (this will help it from drying out)

Then repeat for the rest
