Quick and easy french toast
It's a staple food at my home.

Beat two eggs with the milk, sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, sugar and salt to taste. Cut bread slices into triangles and dip them in the beaten egg mixture for a min. Heat butter in a pan and cook bread slices until brown and slightly crisp. Serve with maple syrup/honey. With some fresh fruits, i served with some crisps and a glass of chocolate milkshake.
