Cut your yam into pieces wash and put some salt an ginger and allow to cook for some minutes.

Whisk your egg and add maggi with ginger powder,

Put your oil in a pan and some onions, take some yam into egg and in the oil allow to fry in a low heat,when it done turn d other side if it done put it in a colander till u finish. Sarve with hot tea and chilli powder or souce.
