Ingredients

1 hour, 15 minutes
3 people
  1. 1 packagechicken drumsticks (6 count)
  2. For the coating.
  3. 1 cupall purpose flour
  4. 1 cupcorn meal
  5. 1 TBS.black pepper
  6. 2 tsp.garlic salt
  7. 2 tsp.Cayenne pepper
  8. 2 tsp.poultry seasoning
  9. 2 tsp.paprika
  10. 1raw egg
  11. 1/2 cupmilk
  12. 1/2 cupextra virgin olive oil

Cooking Instructions

1 hour, 15 minutes

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.

    In a small bowl, whisk the raw egg and milk together.

  4. 4

    Dip each drumstick in the egg mixture and then coat well with the flour mixture.

  5. 5

    Lay drumsticks in a 9x11 baking dish. Coat generously with extra virgin olive oil (about 1/2 cup).

    Bake uncovered in a 350°F oven for an hour.

    I served them with fresh baked buttermilk biscuits.
