Prepare stuffing..

Take a nonstick pan. Add oil jeera now add onion saute it now add carrot capsicum peas corn and all mix it cover it cook it till soft.

Mix all ingredients of dough make smooth dough cover it with cloth or dish.

Make balls from dough roll it

Put 1tbs stuffing on rolled puri cover it like gujia press it now make design by fork.

Make all patty like this. Hot the oil now slow the flame and fry all patty one by one on slow flame till golden.

Take it out from oil put it on tissu paper to absorb oil. Cut from middle, serve it with sauce and chutney.
