Steps

In a bowl add grated gobhi with all the ingredients.

Mix them with ur hands.

Take kneaded wheat flour & make 6-8 medium size bowls out of it.,Give it a round shape.Heat tawa on the gas.

Take one bowl &add put portion of the mixture in the middle & again give it round shape.

Put it on the rolling board & with rolling pin,make chapati of it,use plain floor whereever u need.

Put it on heated tawa & make parantha, Spread 1_1 tsp pure ghee on both sides.cook till it becomes golden from both sides.

Serve hot with curd.
