Ingredients

  • 0.5chicken cut into pieces
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1little chilli flakes
  • Garlic ginger paste 1 tbsn
  • Black pepper
  • 1 cupoil
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the chicken in a bowl

  2. 2

    Add all the condiments and rub into the chicken

  3. 3

    Cover and marinate in the fridge for 30min

  4. 4

    Put a frying pan on heat, add oil, and let it heat up

  5. 5

    Add the chicken pieces, do not overcrowd in pan,

  6. 6

    Fry till well done

  7. 7

    Repeat the process till you finish the pieces

  8. 8

    Sprinkle lemon juice

  9. 9

    Ready to be plated
