Ingredients

  • 1whole wheat flour tortilla
  • 3 tablespoonsnatural crushed tomatoes
  • 1/3 cupshredded mozzarella cheese (about 35 grams)
  • Oregano
  • 1/4avocado
  • 3 1/2 ounceschicken breast (about 100 grams)
  • 1 pieceonion

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the onion and cook it on a grill pan or skillet with the chicken breast.

  2. 2

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  3. 3

    Use the whole wheat tortilla as the base. Spread the crushed tomatoes over it, sprinkle with a little oregano, and add the mozzarella cheese.

  4. 4

    Add the chopped chicken, onion, and avocado on top.

  5. 5

    Bake for about 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
