Heat ghee in a pan,add bay lead,green cardamoms, cinnamon stick,black pepper corns and mix well

Add Onion and saute till translucent,add green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste, and saute well,cook for 2 to 3min.

Add tomato puree and mix well,add red chilli powder,cumin powder, turmeric powder,salt and mix well

Cover and cook for 3 to 4min. Or till the ghee sperates,add mint leaves and coriander leaves mix well

Add yogurt and mix well cook for 2 to 3min.

Add chickpea and mix well,add chole masale,fried onion mix well and cook for 2 to 3min.

Add 1/2 cup water and mix well,cook for 2 to 3min. Add basmati rice and spread it evenly

Sprinkle fried onion and saffron milk,chopped coriander,chopped mint leaf,ghee and cover the pan with aluminium foil and place the lid and cook for 15 to 20min low flame

Your delicious chole biryani is ready to served, serve with boondi raita and any sweets your full meal is ready
