Ingredients

  • 1 kgKarelay
  • Beaf half kg
  • 4Onions sliced
  • 4tomatoes
  • 1/2 tblsred chilli powder
  • 1 tsphaldi
  • 1 1/2 tblscoriander powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4-5green chillies
  • 1 cupoil

Steps

  1. 1

    First wash karelay n cut into cubes mix with salt and rest them for 10 to 15 min. Wash then Squeez water from karelas. Fry in oil. Then make masala, put onion, tomatoes, masala in gosht and cook till the gosht tender

    Put fried karelas in the gosht masala and mix well add green chillies then dumm it till the oil comes on surface. Tasty karela gosht ready.
