Here is Spinach fritters with mung dal.
Steps

Grind soaked dal along with garlic, ginger & green chillies. Add salt and put aside. Don't add water in grinding.

Now heat oil, carefully dip & cover spinach leaves with mung dal batter & deep fry it from both sides. Can use spatula for covering batter.
- 3
Sprinkle chat masala & serve hot with chutney,ketchup or tea - coffee.
