2 tspyeast
Pinchsalt
Grated spinach and carrot
Water
4 spoonssugar
Half cup cooking oil

Sift dry ingredients - cake flour, baking powder, yeast, salt, sugar - together

Pour the dough into cups and boil for an hour.
