Preheat Oven to 350°F. Line muffin tins with paper

Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy

Add egg and Vanilla, then add Applesauce.

Beat in Flour and baking soda until just combined

Spoon mixture into tins until 2/3 of the way full

Make Streusel by combining all ingredients, and stirring with a fork until coarse. Sprinkle mixture evenly over batter

Bake Muffins for 22 minutes

Once cooled, whisk together the glazed ingredients, and apply liberally to top.
