pork loin, approx. 2 pounds • chili sauce • maple sirup (at taste) • Dijon mustard • Salt & pepper at taste (I did not add salt) • dry shallots (at taste) • fresh parsley

2-3 pound boneless pork tenderloin • chicken broth (Bovril) • Balsamic vinegar • soya • honey • Worcestershire sauce • garlic (minced) • Salt and pepper at taste • Chilli pepper at taste • Italian mix seasonings at taste • Fresh creamer potatoes • Add any other vegetables at your taste
