Pork Loin Balsamic & Honey crock-pot

Ingredients

  1. 12-3 pound boneless pork tenderloin
  2. 1 cupchicken broth (Bovril)
  3. 1/2 cupBalsamic vinegar
  4. 1 tablespoonsoya
  5. 1 1/2 tablespoonhoney
  6. 1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
  7. 3 clovesgarlic (minced)
  8. Salt and pepper at taste
  9. Chilli pepper at taste
  10. Italian mix seasonings at taste
  11. Fresh creamer potatoes
  12. Add any other vegetables at your taste

Cooking Instructions

    Place pork tenderloin into the insert of your slow cooker. In a 2-cup measuring cup, mix together all remaining ingredients. Pour over pork and set the timer for your slow cooker. (6-8 hours on Low)

    Once pork tenderloin has cooked, remove from slow cooker with tongs into a serving dish. Break apart lightly with two forks and then ladle about ¼ – ½ cup of gravy over pork tenderloin.

    Store remaining gravy in an airtight container in the refrigerator for another use.

    Serve on a bed or rice or as is with side dishes.

    Once on plate, pour a bit of honey directly on the serving.
