    5 Star Beef Short Ribs

    Mix in small bowl (this is the dry rub) • Paprika • Onion Powder • Garlic Powder • red pepper flakes (or more if you like it HOT!) • Salt and 1/2 Tsp fresh ground pepper • ground ginger (dry or fresh) • Herbs De Provence (if you don't have this it's ok, mix dry thyme & basil) • IN A SMALL BOWL WHISK THE FOLLOWING AND SET ASIDE: • soy sauce (low sodium) • Hoisin sauce • Chili Garlic sauce •

    Sautéed Zucchini and Onions

    large zucchini's - LENGTH wise cut in half then half again, cut 1 inch pieces • small Vidalia onion - chop in 1inch pieces • EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) • Salt & pepper to taste • Onion powder & garlic powder (sprinkle lightly to taste) • dried basil • dried oregano • Sprinkle dried red pepper flakes (up to your taste-how hot do you want it?)

    Bone-in center cut pork chops • canola oil, or peanut oil • chopped parsley • Salt & pepper to taste • Sprinkle Garlic powder & Onion powder (after browning meat) • flour mixed with 1 cup water • chicken stock • "Better than Bouillon" chicken flavor • white wine • fresh lemon juice • Gravy Master • butter (unsalted)
