chicken breast or thigh(cut in cubes) • garlic cloves(finely chopped) • medium onion(finely chopped) • spring onions • green chillies • cornflour. 1 tablespoon salt or pepper • soy sauce • maggi chicken cube • tomato sauce(add more for extra gravy) • white vinegar • sugar
boneless chicken breast cut into cubes • Marinate it with chicken tandoosri masla (i used little bihari kabab masala) add some ginger garlic paste • I marinate it for one day but few hours is sufficient
large brown eggs (i like to add an even portion of eggs and veggies,but feel free to add more eggs if u want to) • chopped veggeis I used green,red and orange bell peppers jalapenos -1/2 cup milk • shredded mild cheddar (optional) • salt • pepper • chilli flakes to taste
