Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  2. 2 tbspginger paste
  3. 3 tbspgarlic paste
  4. 3-4 tbspgaram masala
  5. 6peppercorns (or 2 dry red chillies)
  6. 1 kgchicken breast (tikka piece)
  7. 1large onion (cut in rings)
  8. 3tbsp, lime juice
  9. Garnish: lime or lemon wedges
  10. 1 tspchaat masala

Cooking Instructions

    Gather the ingredients

    Grind the chopped coriander (keep some for garnishing) and all marinade ingredients (except yogurt) into a smooth paste

  3. 3

    Pour the spice mix in a bowl and add yogurt. Mix well. Add the chicken piece, cover and refrigerate overnight

  4. 4

    Steam until tender on all sides (about 10-15 mins)

    Serve and Enjoy!!!!!!
