I am a post-doctoral medical scientist at University of Oxford
but unexpectedly ended up to be a Runner-up of MasterChef UK 2018.
Growing up in a very traditional Thai household, it would be custom for the mother to pass on her cooking knowledge to her daughter. However, I am one of three boys and was the only one to find a love for cooking.
My grandmother is my greatest cooking influence. I lived with her for a few years and that when he fell in love with cooking and thought the kitchen was a playground.
One day I hope to open a charity restaurant where the funds would help those who can’t afford medical care in Thailand.
