Ingredients

4 servings
  1. The shells
  2. 4medium size of crab shells
  3. Stuffing
  4. 100 gcrab meat
  5. 200 graw king prawn
  6. 1 tspblack pepper
  7. 1egg
  8. 1 tbsplain flour
  9. 1 tbssoy sauce
  10. 1 tspsesame oil
  11. 1 tspsea salt
  12. Deep-frying
  13. 1 cupplain flour
  14. 3eggs
  15. 1 cupspanko bread crumbs
  16. 1 Lvegetable oil for deep frying

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Make the stuffing by mixing all of the stuffing ingredients except the crab meat in the food processer

  2. 2

    Fold the crab meat in the mixture

  3. 3

    Stuff the shells with the mixture, make sure to fill the corners inside the shells

  4. 4

    Dust the steamed shells with plain flour, dip in beaten eggs and coat with the bread crumb

  5. 5

    Deep fry at 180c until golden brown

  6. 6

    Serve warm with sweet plum sauce

I am a post-doctoral medical scientist at University of Oxfordbut unexpectedly ended up to be a Runner-up of MasterChef UK 2018.Growing up in a very traditional Thai household, it would be custom for the mother to pass on her cooking knowledge to her daughter. However, I am one of three boys and was the only one to find a love for cooking.My grandmother is my greatest cooking influence. I lived with her for a few years and that when he fell in love with cooking and thought the kitchen was a playground.One day I hope to open a charity restaurant where the funds would help those who can’t afford medical care in Thailand.
