                • Spicy unusual sausage goulash

                  medium size onion (red or yellow) • different colour pepper (red, yellow or orange) • types of freshly made German sausage 2 links each(the best quality) • chopped tomato(14 ounce) • grilled or roasted red pepper (10-14 ounce) • Pasta like pappardella or rigatoni • olive oil • heap tablespoon of paprika • cayenne pepper or 2 fresh chilies like red habenero or serrano • Salt and pepper • vinegar

                      dry beans. Cranberry beans recommended. Pinto or other Mexican beans should be ok • medium size onion • garlic • chilli peppers. Red Serrano is the best but any other pepper is fine • olive oil • dried chilli pepper like ancho chilli or Pasilla. Powder is also ok
                      • Super easy cream chicken veg stew

                        medium size chopped onion • Chopped vegetable 1 cup of red pepper, celery, mushroom, cauliflower, kabocha, squash, carrots, corn, etc) • macaroni or any small pasta • chopped chicken (a few slices of bacon also ok) • olive oil • flour • salt • milk • granulated chicken powder or 2 bullion cubes
