Matcha white choc soft & gooey brownies

white cooking choc, melted • eggs & 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten • unsalted butter, melted • all purpose plain flour • caster sugar • full cream milk powder • matcha powder (please don’t use a matcha latte mix as the texture’s of the mix is usually light, milky & frothy - you won’t get a strong matcha taste that’s ideal for this recipe) • baking powder • vanilla essence • salt • White choc chips

Kids’ favourite simple stir fry egg noodle

instant egg noodle, cooked in boiling water for 5-7 mins until soft (but not too soft) • carrot • cocktail frankfurts (sausages) • small spring onions, finely sliced • garlic, bruised & finely sliced • shallots, finely sliced • margarine/butter • sweet soy sauce • soy sauce • oyster sauce • Salt, pepper & a pinch of sugar to taste
