Matcha white choc soft & gooey brownies

I’ve been longing to find matcha brownies that’s crispy on top, but soft, smooth and gooey in the inside. Since the successful attempt of making Almond Dark Choc brownie the day before (recipe’s uploaded too!), I thought making a matcha version shouldn’t be hard? And it turns out to be just right! This matcha brownies so soft and buttery, but crispy outside. Divine!

I’ve been longing to find matcha brownies that’s crispy on top, but soft, smooth and gooey in the inside. Since the successful attempt of making Almond Dark Choc brownie the day before (recipe’s uploaded too!), I thought making a matcha version shouldn’t be hard? And it turns out to be just right! This matcha brownies so soft and buttery, but crispy outside. Divine!

Preheat oven to 180 degree.

Melt the white choc and butter (I used microwave, 30 seconds at a a time. Stovetop method is also fine). Set aside.

Combine the rest of other ingredients (remember to sift the flour, sugar, milk powder and matcha powder to avoid lumps). Add the melted choc and butter. Give it a good stir. Then whisk until combine and lighter in colour (I used stand mixer, high speed for 5 mins).

Add the white choc chips into the mixture and stir.

Transfer to a brownie pan that’s already lightly greased with melted butter/margarine. Into the oven for 25-30 mins. Let it cool before serving! Happy trying! 😉
