– 400 gr flour • butter (or solid oil) • water • yogurt (sweet and strained) • rosewater (or saffron solved in water) • date (without the seeds) • Ground walnut, cardamom powder, ginger powder, rosewater • Little bit of oil to knead the date

and a half gram flour • butter • sugar • cardamom powder • Dark and white chocolate • oil

carrot (medium size) • sugar • chopped walnut • maple syrup • cardamom powder • Rosewater as you like • glucose Syrup • gelatine powder

lentils (preferably red) • water • potato (medium size) • onion (medium size) • dried lemon • garlic • chili peppers (chopped) • tomato paste • Oil as you like • Salt, red pepper, black pepper, turmeric and cinnamon

chicken legs (or breast, fillet, etc.) • onion (medium size) • sour grape • Salt, black pepper, onion powder • Saffron • oil (for frying)

fresh spinach • lentil • onion • garlic • Salt, pepper, turmeric • fresh lemon juice • olive oil • Pomegranate paste (not very sour)
