Cooking was always my tiny passion. Althougt I’ve started with main dishes, now I enjoy creating something sweet. The biggest problem with main dishes is that I don’t use recipes so it’s difficult to share something, although I’d like to. That’s the reason why I didn’t used to cook sweets - because there is no way to improvise. Though on Your first steps :)

beef sausages (~450 g) • tomato puree or simple mashed tomato • red wine • canned beans (300 g) • canned corn • small onion • garlic clove • Pepper, salt, dressing You prefer. I used oregano and rosemary

room temperature butter • icing sugar • egg yolks • almond flour • flour • Jam as much as You like it

Poppy curd cake

soft butter • icing sugar • eggs • flour • poppies • milk • sour cream • curd • condensed milk • Lemon juice and sugar on taste (depends on how sweet You like layers)

flour • sugar (it depends on berries or fruit You choose, I add about 100 g mostly) • eggs • cooking powder • oil • berries/friuts of Your choice (depends on Your flavour - I prefer lot of berries in pies, some of You may not)
