Steamed white rice • Sliced beef belly or ground beef • Spinach • Roasted seaweed snacks • Eggs • Kimchi • Seasonings: Korean chili paste (Gochujang), sesame oil, soy sauce, bouillon powder, sugar, black pepper, oyster sauce, rice vinegar • Bibimbap sauce: 2-3 tablespoons Korean chili paste (Gochujang), 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2-3 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
