Excellent! Family loved it. I added refried beans on top of the tortilla layers. Topped it with sour cream & salsa on serving plates. Served with Spanish rice on the side.

I added black sliced olives to the top cheese, sooooo good. Looked like pizza but didn't taste like one thank goodness. I will make this as a regular.
