Holy crap, this was SOOOOO good!!! I used ground turkey and doubled the recipe. Also, instead of mashed potatoes, I served it over white rice. It was awesome! Couldn't be happier and I can't wait to taste the leftovers tomorrow, after the croquettes spend a night in the tomato gravy.This is a fantastic recipe and I completely recommend it!!! Thank you!!!
