- This was fantastic! I used red quinoa instead of the faro. I loved it and my so did my gf, who is vegan!Also, the next day I had some of the leftovers for lunch. - Awesome recipe with great instructions!I didn't have an infant like in the photo in step one, so I went next door and asked my neighbors if I could borrow one. They only had a toddler, and unfortunately, it was too big and didn't fit in my slow cooker, so I had to omit that ingredient, but it still turned out great!Seriously though, this was fantastic, and the leftovers today we're even better. - Holy crap, this was SOOOOO good!!! I used ground turkey and doubled the recipe. Also, instead of mashed potatoes, I served it over white rice. It was awesome! Couldn't be happier and I can't wait to taste the leftovers tomorrow, after the croquettes spend a night in the tomato gravy.This is a fantastic recipe and I completely recommend it!!! Thank you!!!
