I tried cactus earlier this week and was keen to have it again. I wasn't sure if the orange juice was meant for boiling the cactus in but mine was brined anyway so just needed a quick fry off. I added a garlic cream sauce as I thought the dish needed a little something extra but maybe if I'd used the orange juice it would've been fine
