How does ricotta cheese taste? I bought some a few days ago and had planned to make this cake for weeks. But it turns out I only have half the amount of ricotta your recipe requires. Can I mix ricotta with cream cheese?

Ricotta cheese is a little pasty and tasteless. You can mix with cheese any cheese that is creamy and tasteless. If you see it liquid, add a tablespoon of Flour and mix well.
