- First time ever making dosa or using ragi! My Tamilian husband was pleased 😬, so it was successful. However, I had to really thin out the dough with water on my last few to get the correct consistency - I used half a cup of water over the recommendation, but I still needed more. Plus, when it stated it should be like pourable buttermilk, I guess I understood it to still be on the thicker side. Añadir comentario
