Ingredients

  1. 1/2potato
  2. 5-6tomato puree
  3. 1 tspJeera / cumin
  4. A pinchHing / asafoetida
  5. 1 sprigKadi pata / curry leaves
  6. as neededSpices ( haldi,salt,red chilli)

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the potatoes and cut in small piece

    Add some oil in a pan put jeera green chilli Kadi pata

  3. 3

    Then add haldi,salt,red chilli then then add tomato puree Saute them untill oil comes out

  4. 4

    Then add potatoes. Mix them properly and garnish with coriander
