Hello World! This is Shweta. I'm an academician by profession, an avid researcher and also work as a freelance trainer. I am hard-core foodie but have a seriously hectic work schedule. I cook my meals regularly and prefer eating fresh delicious and variety of different recipes everyday. I'm on the heavier side of weight owing to the genetics and also my daily schedule leaves me no time to work it out. But my food cravings doesn't allow me to stick to a weight loss or a diet plan. So, with an intention to get the best of both worlds that is tasty and delicious food yet guilt-free zero oil eating, I came up with my own versions of tried and tested recipes that are quick to make on weekdays, ready to be packed into office lunch boxes or for a wholesome meal for anytime of the day.
