OMG... This dish is sooooooo delicious and AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! You know it's good when the kids eat it up and don't even complain that there is no meat in the dish. I added Velveeta cheese along with the mild cheddar cheese because my partner LOVES lots of cheese with potatoes, and seasoned with pepper and seasoning salt... easy PERFECTION!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be making this again... soon!!!!!! But next time, a larger amount and will try to make it low fat with low fat or fat free versions of sour cream or greek yogurt, cheese, and cream of chicken soup, and maybe some bread crumbs on top...
