Ingredients

15 mins
6 servings
  1. 16 ozfrozen shredded hashbrowns
  2. 2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  3. 1 1/2 cupfresh cut broccoli
  4. 8 ozsour cream
  5. 1 cancream of chicken soup (or your choice)
  6. 1 smallonion
  7. 1salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

15 mins
  1. 1

    preheat oven to 400°F

  2. 2

    mix all ingredients in a large bowl setting aside 1/4 cup of shredded cheese

  3. 3

    spread mixture in a 9"x13" pan

  4. 4

    sprinkle remaining cheese over the top of the casserole and bake for 45 minutes or until top has browned
