1. 1 packages Chicken Thighs
2. 1 1/2 Bottles BBQ Sauce

1. 2 cup flour
2. 1/2 tsp salt
3. 1 tbsp sugar
4. 12 tbsp unsalted cold butter
5. 1/2 cup ice water

1. 1 1/2 lb hamburger or ground turkey
2. 4 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
3. 3 tbsp sesoning salt
4. 2 tbsp salt and pepper
