Steps

Combine the flour, milk, eggs, and almond extract or vanilla in a bowl. The batter will be thin, you may also double the recipe if desired.

Ready a pan with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat

Take the batter and pour in a spoon full of it and spread it out to thin it out, to do so pick up pan and move it in a back and forth motion.

When it is bubbling on one side use a spatula or a larger sized toothpick prefered, and flip.

When done on not both sides set a paper towel out on a plate and put crepe on top, do this after every crepe in pattern of towel, crepe, towl, crepe untill you are finished.

For the filling cut up 20 strawberries in half and add the sugar, mix well and let sit over noght in fridge it will have juice.

Add the strawberry filling a a dallop of whipped cream in the crepe, then fold in half.
