I made this with no chocolate chips, but to substitute, I covered the cake with Nutella and powdered sugar! It was fairly easy to make and tasted delicious 😋 (Without the chocolate chips, the batter was caramel in color and the cake came out a tan-ish spongey cake) I am an absolute beginner, and it took me ~45 minutes! I put it in the microwave for 1.5 minutes. definitely recommend this for a quick treat that is suitable for beginners :)
