I am an avid outdoorsman and Hunter I would say that I love cooking all types of dishes from Traditional Mexican plates to Italian... but most favorite of mine is Wild Game. I never hunt for trophies I hunt to put meat in the freezer and on my table, hopefully I get to share my Wild Game recipes with you all. Bon Apettit

- This is a dish to serve in colder weather preferably during the Holidays... Or just a rainy day will work fine. This is a dish to cook to get out of the normal taste routine.. With flavors of apple and cinnamon but the texture of a nice stew its sure to aid you and your guests on a great discussion over a bowl of goodness. It is great if paired with a Stout Ale or a Porter ale.
